FAQs

  • We send out the Ever After Post on the 15th of every month. Members typically receive it within 3-10 days of sending. If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

  • Email me at amanda@everafterpost.com and I will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email me before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address, update your payment or subscription before sending!

  • Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If your Ever After Post doesn’t arrive, email us at amanda@everafterpost.com and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct as that is often the culprit! :)

    The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month, please reach out and we can work out sending you a replacement! :)
